Welcome to ZenQineer Wellness! Mercedes, FMCHC, is a highly sensitive person, an empath, and an Engineer turned Health Coach/Energy Practitioner.

Mercedes was pretty healthy until she hit her 20’s. She struggled for years with her health and was extremely sensitive to everything. As the years went by, the number of illnesses she was diagnosed with increased. Her health kept declining despite seeing many doctors, specialists, and taking many prescription drugs that were supposed to make her feel better. Despite eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, following different allergy-free diets, trying many different treatments (including alternative treatments), and doing all the right things, she still did not feel well. She was unhappy, frustrated, stressed, and sicker than ever. It wasn’t until she found EFT Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting that she saw drastic permanent changes. The stress from her jobs, relationships, and her past negative experiences were causing her physical symptoms and illnesses. After experiencing her own personal transformation with these modalities, she decided to learn them and help others the same way it has helped her. She left her corporate job to pursue a new career, and that is when ZenQineer Wellness was born.

Mercedes is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), a Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, and an EFT Practitioner. She also has a degree in Engineering.
